Filter, Column, and Export: Why do they matter for stakeholders?

Reporting shouldn’t slow down decisions

Stakeholders rely on CRM reports to track leads and evaluate performance. But SEVA’s existing tools made reporting slow and frustrating. I revamped Filter and Export, and introduced Manage Column, a feature that lets users personalize visible data and generate reports faster.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Problems

Generating reports was inefficient. Filters were limited, columns were fixed, and exporting large datasets could take over 15 minutes. Users spent unnecessary time navigating data, slowing analysis and delaying decisions.

Objectives

Improve reporting efficiency by making data easier to access and customize. Enhance Filter for faster search, introduce Manage Column for personalized data views, and redesign Export to produce structured reports quickly.

Result

Exporting 11,000+ rows dropped from 15 minutes to under 1 minute. With customizable columns and improved filtering, stakeholders can quickly access the data they need—making reporting more flexible, efficient, and decision-ready.
